FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why
do I need to make advance reservations? Sometimes performances sell out
and no seats are available for guests who arrive at the theater without having
made a prior reservation. When that happens we invite the guests to wait and see
if we can seat them just prior to the start of the show. We usually can, but there
are no guarantees. Are all
of Pinocchio's performances open to the general public? Yes they are
except when a group or Birthday Party has booked the entire theater for a Private
Performance. That's one of the reasons why it is always a good idea to phone ahead
for reservations. When do
I pay for my reservations? When you arrive at the theater for the show.
Pinocchio's accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and Pinocchio's Gift Certificates. How
long do the shows last? It varies by title, but most performances, including
the pre-show and backstage peeks, last about an hour. Is
a two year old too young to attend a performance? We feel our target
audience is from three to ten years of age. However, you know your child best
and certainly there are exceptions. How
scary are your shows? We take every opportunity to tone down the grim
in Grimm's Fairy Tales. Our villains are typically more foolish than frightening. I
have a one and a half year old. Does she need a ticket? There's no charge
for children less than two years of age. Do
you ever have performances that don't appear on your regular schedule? Yes,
when the theater has been booked by a group. Unless the group has rented the entire
theater, those performances are open to the public as well. Please check with
the box office for additional performances. 407-677-8831 ext. 100 Do
you permit food and drinks in the theater? Sorry, but we do not allow
eating and drinking in the theater except for babes in arms. May
I reserve seats and sit with my child? We only reserve seating for the
children in a birthday party. All other seating is on a first come first served
basis. Parents may sit with their children on the shorter benches if they take
care not to block the view of a child who may be seated behind them. May
children sit down front on the floor? Yes, after the birthday children
are seated. Adults may also sit on the floor with their children as long as they
are not blocking the view of a child behind them. If the children start inching
their way toward the edge of the stage during the show please scoot them back
toward the first row. May I take photographs
during the show? We do not allow flash or video photography of the actual
show. However, if your still camera will take photos with the available stage
light, that’s fine. You are also welcome to take flash pictures and video
of the pre-show. Still have
